Hello beautiful souls,

as the leaves are coloring the ground it's time to say goodbye.
Summer is over and I feel like I need a big blanket all the time, cause it's freezing outside and sometimes inside too.
It's been two years since I live in Budapest, and all I can say it's so crazy it's already been years we are talking about.
Leaving London was one of the hardest decision I made and I still miss my Londoner blogging friends and all those amazing blogger events.
Luckily there are some events in Hungary too, like Womanity festival.
So today I would like to show you my event outfit.
Ooooh and happy October darlings, take care!

Hi my lovelies,

as you can see the title this post will be a little bit personal.
Moving to London was one of the best choices I made, leaving it was so hard, but for my own growth and health I needed to make that decision.

There are days when I really miss being there, so I thought I'll share a couple of things that I miss the most,  obviously not in the most serious ways.

1. Mentality - Be whoever you want to be, no one cares - everyone is freaking out, when they have to talk to somebody on the tube, you remember those tube chat buttons?
2. Complain culture - Really, what I learned first, that you need to have an opinion, and you need to make your voice heard. :D

3. Being careless about the red traffic lights - like one of the first people I saw crossing the streets by red traffic lights were police officers :DDD - no need to comment here.
4. Buses - I mean they look so great, but not the favourite public transport, not to mention how many different kind of people were on the buses.
5. Maps in the city - That's actually crap in the country, where I live right now. I loved that you saw maps almost at every stops/stations.
6. Oyster card - I can't believe, but I almost miss TFL, I mean I complained about it all the time, but c'mon I miss those cards, yes cards, I had like three. :DD
7. Trees and sunsets - Yeah, it's basically the same here, but not at all, I just miss them. Magnolias...

8. Houses - Everything looks the freaking same. Could you miss that? Possible not, but those houses are still on my mind.
9. Donuts - I ate so many there, ooooh and Halloween candy. :( Poor me, someone please send me a nice care pack.
10. Prices - Literally I'm freaking out here, I mean how could be everyhing cheaper on the island?
11. Primark - I don't need to write anything here. Send me clothes as well.
12. Events - Obviously everything was so amazing there, store events, fashion events, public events, blogger events. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD. Take me back.
13. Volunteering - Miss the Team London team. :(
14. Free - Museums and free entries for cultural places, miss you Van Gogh.

15. Books - for free, there is no complain about that.
16. Free cash withdrawals - Yes, that was great, anytime from any ATM.

London, I truly miss your beautiful soul, but also I'm glad to get out from your madness.
You're one of the craziest. ;)
Hope to see you again in the future.

Take care!

Hi beauties,

the title, colour your world will lead us to this post: colour your hair.
I guess I was like 10 years old when I had red clips in my hair obviously they were only temporary but after a couple of years I tried permanent colours - red and purple were always my favourite.
After my hair was really exhausted for all the colouring processes I stopped to colour it, but last year I thought I need a change - so I became a redhead again.
And here we are!
Cruelty free cosmetics are my faves - it's good to know that they are not testing animals, that's why I was happy to discover Naturigin at an event in London.

I dyed my hair with the 7.55 which is the deep red.
The package is nice, with a big leaf on the side. Inside the package you find everything you need.
The colour turns out as purple as you see but will be red on your hair.
When you rinse it  the water will turn out pastel red and not dark red.
I applied the colour already one month ago - see the picture - but I'm pretty impressed about how the colour is on my hair. It's already lighter than it was but still great.

I absolutely loved the smell of the hair colour which probably seems weird, but I love the smell of the dyed hair (anyone else out there who is weirdo like me????)
One package was absolutely enough for my mid-long hair so I'm happy to recommend this brand for you!
Did you ever try Naturigin?
Please share your thoughts, recommendations about cruelty free products in the comment session.

Take care!

If you think about what makes you happy... do you call that thing or person happiness? Or how would you describe happiness?

A current research shows that even healthy well living people are unhappy. How "shocking", right? If you are working hard for your money - you always think you would be happier if you would be wealthier.

But the ugly truth is that you wouldn't.

We always have excuses for why we are not happy at the moment. We try to masquerade our present. We do it with purpose... all the time. But the question is, what is the purpose of our act of refusing happiness. Do we think we don't deserve to be happy? Why we can't accept that every day is a gift and this fact alone could be already enough to be happy. To be alive should mean we are happy.

Despite the beauty of nature and good people, we are never satisfied. We think that everything was easy for Charles, and Emma never needed to work for anything because of her pretty face. She/he has that/made that... but here I am and I am nothing. I always tried my hardest, but it was always difficult for me. No one believed in me, and no one helped me. I have no money, and I don't have a great network, so I can't start a business. I have dreams, but they are fading away. I always look tired because my life is hard, maybe harder than yours... Familiar thoughts?

Of course, it's hard, and of course it's easier for others, but here's the thing: you deserve to be happy.

Your life won't change for one day to another, but start to learn about happiness. People will hate on you, if you are happy. They will suggest right away, that you are only happy because you have an easy life.... but don't be ashamed to be happy.

Don't hide your own smile just because other people think they have a miserable life.

Do we need to spend millions of pounds on research or do we just need to focus on the fact that it's okay to feel good?

They will eventually find out that people who are thankful for life are happier, and that people who don't worry every single day about work or how embarrassing that event was ten years ago are happier.

That's why I started this magazine, find the happiness inside us, see the lights of the life. Share your smile and try to find lovely people. Find connections, stay connected, and never feel that you are not enough for love or respect.

Love,

Brigitta

PS.: I met this amazing lady last year, thanks to her I laughed so hard that my stomach was hurt for days. I choose this picture because we couldn't stop laughing during making photos. We are not the prettiest on this one but I hope you can see that we were pretty happy on this day.

Hello my lovelies!

To be a human today seems a pretty hard job.

https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/12/We_Can_Do_It!.jpg

I realised already in young age that men will earn more than women for the same job.
Despite that I knew this fact I was more than surprised how is it feels like to be a woman in London.
Definitely not a dream.
You could be already rejected because you are coming from an East-European country, your Bachelor degree is not from an English university - it's basically means nothing here. And because of your age - too young or too old, and you could be rejected because you are a woman.
I said too many times sorry - I was apologising for being me.
I thought - unfortunately I still think sometimes - that it's my fault that men not respecting me.
If they think they can touch you in your workplace or on the bus or tube - I thought I was probably dressed "like that" or looked at them in a flirty way.
It's only me.
Who else can I blame?
Sometimes I'm working on big events and the manager tells everything to my man colleagues... nothing for the ladies...
I feel like a ghost just because I'm a woman.
Did I asked for it? No.
But I'm here and I need to start respect myself more.
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen outside please love yourself more. You don't deserve negative things, you deserve a workplace where your work is honored. You never ever deserve or "ask" with your behaviour/clothes any sexual assault.
Please, be strong. Be kind. Be human.

Take care!

Hi my lovelies,

welcome the second month of the year and the coming Valentine's Day!
I have no words how much I miss my family and friends right now but I've realised I have to make the best out of this year.
I did not make any resolutions but I thought about the fact that you can't chase people and you can't force them to stay in your life if they don't want to. So my lesson for this year is let go!
Smile more, live more!
After I read many of your tweets about Doll White I thought I will give it a try also!

First of all such a nice package. Love it.
White little box but the products are in black bags.
Basically you will find (7 day) 7 whitening strips in the box.
Each packet contains one upper and one lower gel strip.
Absolutely easy to use.
I won't say that half hour is the most comfortable time of the day but you get to use to it.
After the second day I felt my teeth cleaner, my mouth fresher.

Despite the fact that I think it's a nice product I did not finished the 7 days. You ask why?
I should say my teeth are super sensitive, not just normal sensitive, they are really sensitive.
So I got a little too worry after the fourth day and I stopped.

What do you think about Doll White?
Did you try it already?
If you have done a review about the whitening strips leave your link in the comment section.

Take care!

Hi lovelies,

First post in the amazing twenty sixteen.
I'm so  happy that you are here. Looking forward to live in you?!
Check out this amazing ad - warmed my heart.

2015 was such a messy year.
I loved it as much as I hated it.
I was never so miserable than the last year. I lost many things, I changed my jobs every two months, I needed to move out from the flat I called home, my best friends decided they are better without me, I had (have?) a many situations... let's just call the whole thing a life crisis.
I hated the mornings when I woke up, I cried every day.
I lost my hope.
My heart was broken by important people.
And I felt I'm going crazy.
As pathetic as it sounds I truly believed I would be better off dead.
I still don't know how to let people go from my life or how to forgive myself or others.
And I have no idea how to deal with the fact that some people just cutting you out from their life with the reason they love you.
It's so hard to believe that you are enough with a life like that...
But you know what, I think I'll somehow survive this.

I met amazing people in London, many crazy inspirational men and women. You are all awesome.
I worked at workshops, at the LFW, at small companies, big events and I learned so much from everyone there.
I'm so thankful for the people in my life even if some of them are 2000 km away from me.

I wish I would be more. More helpful, more fun, more inspirational.
But I'll try to make myself and this year the best!
So here is my #bestnine2015

Hi everyone,

if you ever wondered how to make someone love you... here is the answer: with fooooooood!
Okay obviously I'm kidding but food helps a lot.
If you get the opportunity to try nice food and amazing cocktails you just can't say no.
Even if your friends cancel your plans in the last minute.... with food and drinks you are gonna survive the night without them. At least in my case.
As you see the title I was lucky enough to attend at the Jamboree Foodfest and Bar - find them on Facebook or Instagram - event on this Wednesday and it was really enjoyable.
First of all the staff was nice! Plus point!
Full of complimentary calamari, fishcakes and falafel. After a couple of pieces I just had to say no for the question if I would like more... it's horrible to say no for food when everything is delicious, I'm telling you. So I tried to get back in the happy mood with beers and cocktails.
It wasn't hard because everything was pretty pleasant.

And the live music was just the icing on the cake, satisfaction and happy faces everywhere.
I wish I could say I loved the desserts as well, but on that night I was at the salty side of the story.
So I was more than delighted to grab a burger for the road to home - oh, it was so worth it.
The taste was amazing!

Find the Jamboree Foodfest & Bar on Instagram for more pic like this!

I would like to recommend this place you guys!
Go and give it a try ;)

Hey beautiful souls!

London gave me opportunities, laugh, I had the chance to met amazing people.
London gave me emotions even if I thought my heart was broken so many times I can't feel anything anymore.
And when people ask me what can I do when I have 24 hours in London?
Take a deep breath and came with me for a little journey.
First of all the National Gallery to see some of the greatest paintings. Walking in the city and seeing everything from the London guide is great, but to see the whole soul of London?!
Try to find the small things and gems in Camden, Islington, Shoreditch.
AAANNNDDD

One of my favourite place is next to the Docklands. It's unique. You can just sit next to the water and look up to count the airplanes, you can explore the area and find the little gems there.
So my advice is join me tomorrow at the Trinity Buoy Wharf to make some unforgettable memories.

It's a nice way to mix art, culture, and if you are hungry you will find yourself in the USA drinking shakes at the Fat Boys Diner.
On the 25th November you can attend at the launch of the audio guide to TBW. This free event is for the public to explore the site where cherry pickers sit alongside artists, studios and where London's only Lighthouse shines over a 1940s diner.
Yes you read it right.
Lighthouse in London.
Full moon.
Chilly weather.
Hot tea at the Tea Studio.
Music at the Bow Creek Café.
You can book online here or just go there to see it yourself.
And if you need an online site where you can plan an event yourself whether you are planning a yoga class or a mindblowing festival go and use Eventbrite.

See you there.

Hi everyone,

Once upon a time, there was a day when I made my tea "wrong" I wondered, why the taste was so strange, then I realised I forgot to put sugar in it, since that day I drink my tea without sugar.
The only way I like it sweet when my dad makes it. He can make the best tea actually.
This is a fact (for me)
London changed many things in my life. One thing is for sure my relationship with tea. I feel like we are getting more emotional with every day. Working in a place where is everything about tea is pretty nice and interesting.
I never thought I would ever attend a Tea & Cheese Tasting. But as the wise people saying, never say never.

1.: Kyle and Robbyn, our hosts 2.: Trinity Buoy Wharf is magical 3.: Cheese!

The days were running after each other and the calendar showed the 8th October.
You know that people are loving the pairing of cheese and wine, but if it's tea and cheese? Some people may think you just gone crazy. But you just need to try it.
I never was a cheese person, I like it, but I never got excited about it.
If I can be honest (surely I can be more than honest here) it was surprisingly a taste sensation.
I never felt flavors so intense, it was a strange and great experience.

There were 6 pairing as you can see on the picture as well.

  1. Green tea with Tripple cream - in other words, my favourite pairing. It was more than nice, the cheese melted like the tea and the cheese danced in your mouth.
  2. Hojicha (Japanese tea) with Brie de Meaux - After the first pairing, you just don't ask anything, you try to reach your maximum capacity of your taste buds. And you actually kind of doing 'mmmm' sounds every seconds.
  3. Oolong with Morbie
  4. Oolong with Taleggio - the third and fourth cheese goes with the same tea (taste is already different). You can feel the difference. If I need to choose then the Taleggio is more likely for me.
  5. Assam with Compte - Alpine herbs and flavours. Assam is a very intense tea, and this is my reason to not to like this pairing so much. Probably I need to make a step forward, grow up, and starting a new friendship with Assam.... who knows.
  6. Finally Jasmine pearls with Gorgonzola Picante - such an interesting pairing. This tea is magical! I'm not kidding it's like you drinking flowers. Usually I like it and the other times I feel like it's too much. So intense.
If you think you will be not full after this event, you are just so wrong. I felt like I ate so much, that I needed to rest a little, when I got home :D
You can find many useful information about tea at the Tea Studio website.

Playing around with cups, tea and cheese

Did you ever attended an event like this?
Would you try it?

Hi lovelies,

a little throwback in this post which brings us back in September, when I attended a store event, to see the SS16 collection of Yufash.
The day was on the 20th of September, the sun was out, the LFW was on, and we had a little time to pop by at Dover street on that afternoon.
As a welcome they give us champagne, cupcakes and of course we had the chance to see the new collection.
The most exciting fact was that they used fake hair to make some pieces more extravagant, which kind of looked cool, but I will stop talking/writing, here are the pictures.

Hi beauties,

this is the last day of September, which is crazy. AGAIN!
I know I'm telling you this every month, but I surely don't know where the time flies.
I was lucky enough to attend LFW this year as well, which was awesome and soooo tiring :D
I loved many shows, Pam Hogg was killing it and I liked many clothes from the Swedish School of Textiles. I didn't want to bother you with catwalk pictures. Because I'm sure you saw enough of it, so here are some shoots from the LFW.

Hi everyone,

August is almost over, how crazy is that?
Where did 2015 go?
INSANE :)))
What was my favourite thing in August? Pure London!
This was the second Pure London for me and I loved it. Again!
The decoration was amazing, it was much better than the first time. Have a look at the first collage, and you will see what I mean.

I saw some catwalks as well, all I can say first row is nice and I always like the mood of catwalks. The music, the whole atmosphere takes you to an another place.

I saw new brands, I talked with talented designers. I choose my favourite prints and products which you can see on the next picture.

1., 2., 3., 4., 5., 6.

And at last but not least here is some picture of myself. And *drumroll* the most creative designer Nick Cheng from Cheng Pai Cheng.
