Hello beautiful souls,

as the year is ending, - like a lot of you - I also feel like I need to review my year.
It's like almost a tradition for me to check my best nine, so I can see my most memorable moments.
This year was a real roller coaster. Sometimes I felt like I'm at the top of everything and other times I was so depressed I couldn't even leave the house.

I lost someone.

People, that I defined as friends - left me.
My heart was broken two times this year. I have no idea how, but I managed to survive the crying days, the panic attacks - and you.
I was so miserable of a heartbreak, that I couldn't eat for days, I throw up for a whole day and I almost burned down my hair.
I realised the worst thing you can say to someone is that you never want to see them again.
I had the worst migraines. The last one lasted for two days - ended the last day of 2018 (what a strange way to end the year).
Unfortunately from this year I'm unable to take any medicin - I would say you not helped me with that.
I can't learn it, but I try so hard to realise, that it's not my job to save people from themselves or from the bad circumstances.

But oh boy, 2018 gave me so much.

I got back my passion for writing, reading and traveling.
My short novel was actually published in a physical book.
I've many exhibition and event ideas.
I visited a couple of countries - I traveled alone for the first time.
I started yoga again.
I colored my hair, so I've a little blue and purple in it.
I started to live alone - and I couldn't love it more.
I went to many cultural events, fell in love with the different ways of art again.
Had a difficult love relationship with water again - yeah, still can't swim - but saw the most beautiful sunset at the sea - fell in love with Balaton (lake in Hungary) even more if it's possible - spent a lot of time next to the Danube and went to baths without the bikini body.
Visited concerts, museums, went for a beer to catch up with friends, tried ukulele.
And I had so many really, really happy moments.
I was blushing a lot.
I was smiling a lot - sometimes I couldn't even stop smiling - how much I loved to be happy.

2019 - I have no idea how we will get along but I promise I will try my best.

With love from B ♥

Hello beautiful souls,

hope you are doing okay.
Today I brought you an unexpected outfit post :D I hope you don't mind if I put here some pictures of me, which were taken after I came back from Croatia. We visited the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Let me say it's really nice, but it was raining all day, so we were soaked to the skin and shaking with cold. At least I did one great photo, hope you like it.

And now back to the ootd. All black, like always. Midi skirt, bib earrings and black leather jackets with white and grey sport shoes.

I wore this outfit visiting the Museum of Fine Arts, where they opened a new hall (they did the reconstruction after more than a decade), the Romanesque Hall - it was free for a couple of days - which is basically really rare in Hungary :D
So here is my face expression to the beauty of architecture.

And finally some geometric games on a black and white pic, because by the museum there are the greatest columns, look at the background I have there.

Take care!

Hey there lovely souls,

my last post was about my November goals, so let's see what happened since that article.

  • Write to do lists - I write lists sometimes
  • Track your spendings - did only for one month, but usually it's about the same amount
  • Don't drink sparkling waters / cola - thinks like that - need to work on that
  • Don't eat junk food or chips - maximum once a week - fine with that!
  • Cook more - healthy food! - on the way
  • Go every week to some cultural events -  theatre, movies, museums, talks - kinda okay with that
  • Don't drink too much alcohol - works okay nowadays
  • Don't run after people - be alone if you need to for this two months - well I suck at this one
  • Go to a yoga/dance/aerobic class - get out from your comfort zone!! - at least exersice at home - Yoga!
  • Draw - failed
  • Write your ideas down - failed
  • Don't let your blog and magazine down - failed
  • And read at least 3 books this month - well less than that, but okay.
instagram.com/abfashionlights

I feel like this list is still an ultimate to do list for me, so hey, still working on these ones!
And I also added some points to this list:
  • Travel more - absolutely on the way, 3 months - 3 countries
  • Be kinder
  • Help people
  • Practice languages, cause you gonna be stupid if you don't
  • Find a new job - trying to fall in love with work again
  • Don't forget this: If we can't grow together, we must grow apart.
Do you have an ultimate to do list? Share your goals!

Take care!

Happy November beautiful people!

In this post I'll "talk" to you honestly about social media.
If you have a blog, Instagram, Twitter or anything like these you'll recognise yourself in some points.

So let's start this.
Our constant desire to share information, ideas, career interests, photos are basically the soul of social media. If we wouldn't want to share and engage with people in different virtual communities and networks, well all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram accounts would be not necessary.
But we want to tweet, share a photo, tell to our "friends" what's in our mind.

We learned so many times that people are hiding the ugly truth under beautiful pictures, remarkable quotes - and often they have a miserable life.
And still we are doing the same - stalking all our friends/exes/old high school friends and make our life more desperate, than it is actually and we upload pretty selfies - no one knows we cried the whole night before that, we write funny stories - which are half truth and half the product of our imagination.
So here are some social media facts.

1. Honesty
The first thing we should all know, that all social media platforms are full of lies.
Not because we are extremly different from what we show about ourselves, but because we wanna shine like diamonds, display our best. You know those themed Instagrams and things like that - well it's all a very pretty lie about organised lives.

2. Timing
Just because we post a cake picture, doesn't mean we have a cake right now or just because it looks delicious doesn't mean it taste heavenly.

3. Editing pictures
Basically no one uploads photos without any touch up. We are just not so satisfied with ourselves and btw we and everything else look much more pretty with those filters.

4. Negativity
It's all around you, sometimes on Twitter, other times on Facebook - there is always someone who throws shades at someone sometimes with reasons - other times just because they think it's "fun" to do.
Just don't do that - positive thoughts will increase positivity on your sites, which makes you a little bit happier in your offline life.

5. Staying in touch
Writing Happy Birthday messages to our friends - to make sure everyone thinks you are still in touch. The truth is, they are not writing anything on your Facebook wall when there is your big day.

6. Depression
Comparing yourself with others is never a great idea - and that's all we do, stalking, checking, who, what, when did and in the end we are just sitting next to our laptop and wondering what we did wrong.

7. Social media is a part of our life
Even if we want to deny it, we can't. We spend so much time on it, and we are basically "living" there. We just need some off days like from everything else in our life - unplug yourself for a day - or just for a couple of hours.

Advice
this article is over, so get outside for a walk - even if it's so cold, your body will be thankful.
Invite a friend or friends just for a talk without any social media accounts, you will get surprised how interesting you are all after all.

So what are your thoughts about social media? How you try to use it smart?

Take care!

Happy October my beauties!

How quickly this year is passing by? Isn't it crazy?
I'm happy to read all your October goals and date ideas posts.
They just help me to feel motivated and a little bit romantic.
Usually I hide this kind of details about me very deeply, don't get me wrong I'm happy to express my feelings, but usually I'm a very sarcastic person.
All this thoughts about Autumn, cozy jumpers, cold nights with hot drinks, holding hands and definitely jumping into leaves are more than fun.
I just need my favourite people to enjoy these things.
...
If I can give you one advice: don't surround yourself with negative people.
They will make a strained atmosphere and all you gonna do is feeling unhappy and very tired.
Sometimes it's really hard to find peace, and it's more difficult to let go, but for your own heart you should do it.
You can read a beautifully written article about letting go on my online magazine: LifeLights Magazine.

Hi lovelies,

First post in the amazing twenty sixteen.
I'm so  happy that you are here. Looking forward to live in you?!
Check out this amazing ad - warmed my heart.

2015 was such a messy year.
I loved it as much as I hated it.
I was never so miserable than the last year. I lost many things, I changed my jobs every two months, I needed to move out from the flat I called home, my best friends decided they are better without me, I had (have?) a many situations... let's just call the whole thing a life crisis.
I hated the mornings when I woke up, I cried every day.
I lost my hope.
My heart was broken by important people.
And I felt I'm going crazy.
As pathetic as it sounds I truly believed I would be better off dead.
I still don't know how to let people go from my life or how to forgive myself or others.
And I have no idea how to deal with the fact that some people just cutting you out from their life with the reason they love you.
It's so hard to believe that you are enough with a life like that...
But you know what, I think I'll somehow survive this.

I met amazing people in London, many crazy inspirational men and women. You are all awesome.
I worked at workshops, at the LFW, at small companies, big events and I learned so much from everyone there.
I'm so thankful for the people in my life even if some of them are 2000 km away from me.

I wish I would be more. More helpful, more fun, more inspirational.
But I'll try to make myself and this year the best!
So here is my #bestnine2015

Hey my lovelies!

I hope you are doing alright, and you don't let this crazy weather ruin your days.
Make sure you are always have a smile in your pocket, and be thankful for your life.
Nowadays life is kind of hectic.
Sometimes it is too sad, and other times it is too happy.
Last Monday I attended an amazing event, if you follow me on twitter or instagram, you know already what I'm talking about.
The Bloggers Food and Drink Festival was absolutely "insane". I met so many nice bloggers and brands, I almost wished I could just stay in that atmosphere forever.
I would like to make from every product a post, but that would be sooooo much, and that's why I did it on my instagram, feel free to follow me.
And now, some pictures about me :DDD

Take care!

Happy March little bunnies!

Looks like spring is on the way and we will "survive" this winter :))
This month will be full of opportunities I can't wait to share new posts with you.
In the last months I bought some new lipsticks, new colours, new favourites.
Yesterday I planned to buy a new MUA lipstick in some dark colour, but it was out of stock (again), so instead of that I bought one in Poundland. The prize is the same so 1£.
The colour is amazing, I absolutely love it, not the darkest, but dark enough.
The shade is 18, Black cherry! Lovely name :)
It doesn't smell like cherry as other expensive lipsticks. The packaging is very simple, but the important thing is what is inside. The lipstick is not so glossy, but it last for a couple of hours, so you can give a shot to it too :)
Here is the link to the product.
Have you tried Make Up Gallery's lipsticks already?
Which is your favourite shade?

Take care!

Ps.: I've started to use Instagram. I would be extremly happy if you would follow me there. I follow back :) so let's meet on Instagram too! :)
